Sideline Rigid Strapping Tape
Across all our sports tape, the Sideline Rigid Strapping Tape is one of the most popular for its price and durability. Rigid strapping tape is for stabilising joints as it will restrict the movement of ligaments, tendons, and joints to help prevent injury or reinjury. This tape is made from strong porous zinc oxide adhesive that will ensure the tape remains in place during vigorous activity.

Sideline Stretch and Hand Tearable Elastic Adhesive Bandages (EABs)
EAB is considered an overwrap to provide rigid tape with more stability and support. Also, due to its elasticity, it is great for providing compression to soft tissue injuries. The Sideline tape provides more stretch so allows for greater movement which is why it can be used on swollen areas. You can also use this tape for wrapping and securing pads, dressing, splints, and ice packs.
The Sideline hand tearable tapes are great for those mid-game blood bin situations where a dressing pad needs to be adhered quickly. You can just wrap and tear the tape, so your player is ready to go back on the field within minutes.
Our Sideline K-Tape, otherwise known as Kinesiology tape, is for manipulating the skin and muscles to promote and improve blood circulation to muscle and joint tissue, improve lymphatic drainage, improve fascia function, and provide pain relief while also providing additional stability and support. Basically, K-Tape enables the body to move freely and is for supporting and improving muscle injuries.
Sideline's K-Tape is made from cotton elastic fabric with innovative wave pattern acrylic adhesive, which can be worn for up to seven days. It's mostly used by advanced sports trainers and physios.
Sideline Sports Foam and Underwraps
The Sideline Supafix underwrap is perfect for creating a barrier between skin and either rigid or EAB strapping tape. It prevents irritation, allergies or swelling for people who have sensitive skin or cuts and abrasions. Supafix has porous fabric for breathability and is hypoallergenic.
