- App for iOS and Android - The SmartSpeed app for iOS and Android lets you run a wide range of training drills with ease. From standard Straight Line Sprints to complex Grid drills, as well as Pro Agility and Reactive Agility drills.
- One-way Timing (Linear Sprint) - Split times are vital for measuring speed improvement and are commonly measured by straight-line sprints. Works with both Dash and Pro models (requires 2+ gates).
- Pro Agility/Reactive Pro Agility drills - Measure the ability to come to a full stop and change direction quickly. Pro Agility works with Dash and Pro models. Reactive Pro Agility works with Pro model only (requires 1+ gates).
- Cut drills - Measure the transition from planned to unplanned change of direction movements. Works with Pro model only (requires 3+ gates).
- Grid drils - Grid drills measure multiple reactive movements and changes of direction and can range from single-player challenges to drills involving entire teams. Works with Pro model only (requires 3+ gates)
