Alpha Sport Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Alpha Vital (Trading as Alpha Sport), 28 Smallwood St, Underwood 4119 QLD, ABN 83 642 783 382, contact number: 1300 725 255.

2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 01/02/2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30/09/2025. The draw will take place on 01/10/2025.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

• Entrants must be associated with a recognised sports club or organisation.

• Employees of Alpha Sport and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the online entry form at https://www.alphasport.com.au/clubs/tape-competition and provide the following details:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Address

• Club or Organisation Name

• Club Postcode

• Role within the Club (Admin, Medical Staff, Supporter)

Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will be drawn at random.

• The winner will receive a POW.R Elite Strapping Tape Starter Pack awarded to their nominated local sports club or organisation.

• The Starter Pack has a retail price of $1,360 and a recommended retail price (RRP) of $2,233.77.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 01/09/2025.

• The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a redraw may occur.

7. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Alpha Sport reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

• If a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant.

• Alpha Sport reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with Alpha Sport's Privacy Policy: https://www.alphasport.com.au/privacy-policy.

• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Alpha Sport, which they can opt out of at any time.

9. Liability

• Alpha Sport is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• The promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of entering or winning this competition.
