CryoTherm™ Palm
Cordless palm cooling that helps athletes hold their strength, speed and pace to the final rep.
CryoTherm Palm is a handheld cooling device that you grip in both hands during rest breaks. It chills your palms to a set temperature, which cools the blood returning to your core and brings your body temperature down. Used for 1–3 minutes between sets, sprints or periods of play, it helps delay fatigue so later efforts feel closer to your first.
It also offers heat and contrast (hot and cold) settings, a built-in stopwatch and up to 120 minutes of battery life, with no ice, water or power cord needed.
1-year limited warranty
Why hand cooling matters
When you're working hard and heating up, cooling your palms is one of the fastest ways to bring your core temperature down.
Built-in heat exchangers. Your palms have special blood vessels (AVAs) that carry warm blood close to the skin. Cooling them cools the blood returning to your core.
Less heat, less fatigue. As core temperature rises, speed, strength and focus drop. Cooling during breaks helps each effort start fresher.
Better than ice. Ice is too cold: it narrows the blood vessels and slows heat loss. CryoTherm Palm holds a steady cool temperature that keeps them open.

Thermal camera view of the same palm before (left, 35.2°C) and after (right, 13.7°C) using CryoTherm Palm. The blue area shows where the device has drawn heat out of the palm.
Why hand warming matters
Cooling and warming do different jobs at different times. Cooling is for when you're hot and working hard; warming is for when your hands are cold and inactive.
Ready to play. Cold hands stiffen and lose feel, which hurts grip, catching and handling. Warming them on the bench, in cold weather or before you come on keeps them supple and responsive.
Contrast for sore muscles. Using the hot and cold ends together gives on-the-spot contrast therapy to ease muscle soreness during breaks in play.
Proven in independent studies
CryoTherm Palm has been tested with elite and collegiate athletes in two randomised studies. Compared with no cooling:
- 58% more reps in the final set, when fatigue usually hits2
- 28% more total work across the whole training session2
- 4.7% better sprint speed held across repeated all-out sprints1
- Athletes felt 60% cooler, with much less heat strain across repeated sprints1
Features
- Cold therapy. Cools both palms during rest breaks to delay fatigue, protect grip strength and keep output high. Three settings: 8°C, 12°C and 16°C.
- Heat therapy. Keeps hands warm and flexible on the sidelines or in cold weather, so they're ready when it's time to play. Three settings: 37°C, 40°C and 43°C.
- Contrast therapy. One end cold, the other end hot. Flip the device to switch between them and ease sore muscles during play.
- Built-in stopwatch. Times your 1–3 minute cooling window between sets and efforts, so you don't need your phone.
- Cordless and portable. Lightweight, with an anti-roll design that stays put on a bench or the sideline. Fits in any gym bag, with no ice, water or power cord needed.
How to use
Hold CryoTherm Palm in both hands during natural breaks: between sets, between sprints or intervals, at halftime, in timeouts or at drink breaks.

Tip for hot conditions: Indoors, or outdoors below about 24°C, cold Level 2 works best. Above about 24°C, use cold Level 3 and switch the device on around 2 minutes before you need it.
