The Össur Formfit Night Splint gently stretches the plantar fascia (the band of tissue under the foot) and the Achilles tendon while you sleep. Adjustable flexion straps set the stretch from 0° to 10° of dorsiflexion, which is how far the foot is drawn up towards the shin. The contoured shell is padded where needed, and the interior is soft, washable and breathable. Center-release buckles make it easy to put on and take off.
