The Gripper Hinged Knee Brace provides medial and lateral stability to the knee, using an internal SkinLoc pad that works together with the outer closure strap to grip the proximal calf and resist the brace migrating downward during activity. Hinge pockets are reinforced at the centre and both ends with high-tenacity nylon for added durability, while a wraparound anterior closure makes the brace easy to apply and allows for an optimum, secure fit. The 12" hinge design offers a longer lever arm than the shorter Gripper models, providing a higher level of medial/lateral support and protection against hyperextension. Made from 3/16" Neoprene, it offers added warmth and superior compression for enhanced comfort and support.
