Ice N Wrap ice packs are used to treat muscular injuries resulting from physical activity and exercise.

Ice N Wrap Small Ice Packs are used for:

• Ankles
• Knees
• Elbows
• Calf

Instructions:

1.  Fill the Ice N Wrap to approximately two thirds full with ice cubes or crushed ice.
2.  Squash the bag down to expel air and close the lid tightly.
3.  Position the bag over the injured body area and attach the blag straps to the bag while placing the ice bag lid through the hole.
4.  Tighten velco straps to ensure comfortable compression against the injured area. (Do not tighten too far to cause discomfort)
