Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
2. Entry is open to residents from Australia only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (Alpha Vital, Trading as Alpha Sport), suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
5. Promotion commences on 01/05/2021 at 8:30am AEST and closes on 30/06/2021 at 4:30pm AEST ("Promotional Period").
6. There is 1 prize in this promotion containing 26 items with a total Alpha Sport retail value of $4550.07 (ex GST) as of 16/04/2021
7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. This promotion is restricted the AFLQ clubs and can only be entered by their employees, supporters and membership)
9. The winning AFLQ Club will be selected by valid entries (an Alpha Sport invoice or social media post) picked from a random draw box. See the above for more information.
10. Each invoice number provided by the customer will receive one entry in the random draw box. Each correctly formatted social media post will receive 5 entries. Max one social post per the ALFQ club’s social profile.
11. All 2021 dated invoices related to the customer can be used as an entry to the draw
12. Social media entries will be identified by searching the public #medicalroomrevamp (hashtag) on facebook.com and Instagram.com. All social entries must include a tag of @alphasport (facebook) or @alphasport_med (instagram) and be made by a QAFL club social profile
13. Winners will be notified by phone or email address. These details will be taken from the data provided by the entrant though the customer sales process. Alpha Sport takes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete customer details.
14. First names, representative club, and suburbs of winning entrants may be used in marketing materials
15. Prizes will be posted by the Promoter free of charge within 3 weeks of receiving conformation from the winning entrant. Winners will also have the choice to pick these prizes from our head office location.
16. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. All prizes must be claimed within 2 weeks of winning. Unclaimed prizes thereafter will be made use of as the promoter sees fit.
18. Any and all costs associated with collecting the prize (including but not limited to airfares, transport, accommodation and meals) are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
19. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter and its Suppliers, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
21. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or retail store is the entrant's responsibility. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
22. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
23. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
